dedicated many of his art works to the Golan and the Palestinian cause.
He was arrested by the Israeli army on 23/8/1985 and sentenced to 27

Palestinians with arms and military equipment during the Intifada. It
was reported that he was tortured by the Israeli army before being
sentenced to 8 years in the prison of Shatta. |

Majdal Shams in 1961. A mother of a 20-year-old man, she was arrested
for being a member of a secret cell that provided help to the Palestinians
during the Intifada. She was sentenced to 5 years. |
